Several companies have laid off a substantial number of people. People are dismissed every other day, and this has been making news the world over. No one has been spared when it comes to large corporations laying off employees for a variety of reasons - from a caring daughter to a married couple all have been laid off without any particular reason.

In the midst of such layoffs, one woman cheerfully reported how she received a job offer three days after being dismissed, and her inspiring story has made the internet feel good about her great circumstance.

Woman fired on Tuesday lands a job by Friday

BabyCourtfits, a Twitter user, posted a 'life update' regarding a job offer she received just three days after being sacked by her previous employer. She is an attorney by profession, and she is overjoyed to reveal that her new employer pays her 50% more, allows her to work from home, and gives her more 'paid time off.'

“Life update: I was fired on Tuesday. On Friday I got a job offer that pays me 50% more, WFH option, and more PTO,” she wrote on Twitter.

She added to her post by stating how vital it is to support oneself during difficult times in order to bounce back stronger. After all, not everyone is as upbeat as she is, which provided a valuable lesson to people who desperately needed it during this moment of widespread layoffs.

“This is a reminder to always back yourself. Never let the opinions of others make you question who you are or should be. (I’m saying this after letting myself wallow in self pity for several days)” read her tweet.

She even thanked everyone and wrote, "I just want to thank everyone on here who sent me such kind and supportive messages the last week was a rollercoaster but I’m a stronger woman for it."

Internet was left feeling happy for the lady

A man questioned, "Wow!! did you apply to the better job before being let go on tuesday? or a super fast interview between tues to fri? congrats!" To which she replied, "Just super fast process! My resume was submitted the day I was fired. And I did three rounds of interviews in three days."

A lady congratulated and wrote, "Sometimes, good things fall apart so better things can come together. Congratulations."

Another wrote, "This tweet showing up on my timeline might be the only thing the owner of this website has done right because this absolutely rules! I am delighted for you!!"
